Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new account begins with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe, your trial simply ends — you will not be charged.

Monthly subscription

When you subscribe after the trial, you are billed $9.79 per month.

Full refund: within 7 days of first charge

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month, we will refund the full amount. Just contact us at hello@thatday.vip.

Pro-rated refund: after 7 days

After the first 7 days of your paid month, cancellations receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining days in the billing period. For example, if you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day month, you receive 50% back.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thatday.vip with the subject "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your That Day account. We process refunds within 3 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Creem customer portal. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
