Acceptance

By using That Day, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

That Day is a desktop application that scans your local photo library, lets you annotate photos, and generates AI-written daily stories delivered by email. Annotations and stories are synced to our cloud servers. Your photos remain on your computer at all times.

Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.

Your data

You retain ownership of all content you create (annotations). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your annotations solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your stories.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use That Day for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to attempt to access other users' data.

Subscription and payment

That Day is a paid subscription service at $9.79/month. Payment is processed by Creem. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Creem customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

That Day is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.
